When the same problems keep coming back

Same complaints.
Another promise to fix it.

You’ve raised the issue. The contractor says it’s sorted. Then the same complaint lands on your desk. Your time goes into chasing the service you’re already paying for.

A change of cleaner may leave the underlying problem untouched. Clean Logic examines the scope, standards and follow-through, giving you evidence to decide what needs to change.

THE REPEAT COMPLAINT

Why am I still chasing this?

The washrooms. The bins. The same missed areas. A promise to improve means little without follow-up.

THE EVIDENCE GAP

They say it’s clean. How do I know?

A completed checklist doesn’t tell you everything about the condition of your site. You need a view you can trust.

THE RENEWAL DECISION

Renew. Replace. Or renegotiate?

Before you commit again, understand whether the gap is in the contract, the delivery or the way it’s managed.

Talk it through with Brian

An independent check on contractor reporting

The inspection says “passed”.
Your washrooms tell a different story.

When the same company delivers the cleaning and scores its own performance, you’re relying on one perspective. An independent audit gives you a second view of what’s happening on site.

Clean Logic checks against the agreed standards, documents gaps and reviews the follow-through. You get evidence to raise concerns, assess progress and make your next contract decision.

ATP hygiene testing

Looks clean.
What does the test tell you?

Swab → Test → Reading → Corrective action

  1. 01

    Swab

Collect a sample from the selected surface after cleaning, using a consistent sampling method.

  2. 02

    Test

Activate the swab and place it in the handheld reader, following the test system’s instructions.

  3. 03

    Reading

Record the result in relative light units (RLU). Compare it with the limits set for the equipment and site.

  4. 04

    Corrective action

Where results fall outside the agreed limits, investigate, re-clean and retest with a fresh swab. Document the follow-up.

ATP readings indicate residual organic contamination. They do not identify specific pathogens or prove a surface is sterile. Pass and action limits depend on the testing system and site protocol.

25+ years of experience.
The questions worth asking.

You shouldn’t have to be a cleaning expert
to know whether your contract is working.

Brian brings more than 25 years in the cleaning industry to the questions businesses face every day. Is the scope right? Are standards being met? Is anyone following up?

Brian helps you separate a missed task from a wider problem with scope, supervision or accountability, then work out a practical next step.

The questions behind
better cleaning decisions.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

What is that complaint really telling you?

A recurring issue can point to gaps in supervision, inspections or follow-up. Start by looking at the system behind it.

Look beyond the symptom.
BEFORE YOU RENEW

A contract is only as good as its follow-through.

Clear specifications matter. So does checking whether they are delivered, and what happens when they aren’t.

Make accountability visible.
BEYOND APPEARANCES

Looks clean.
But what’s the evidence?

Combine observations with documented inspections and appropriate hygiene indicators to make a more informed assessment.
