Why am I still chasing this?
The washrooms. The bins. The same missed areas. A promise to improve means little without follow-up.

Clean Logic
Your cleaning contractor does the work.
Who checks the results?
Independent monthly audits give you a second view of cleaning performance—with documented findings, photos and follow-up on corrective actions. Led by Brian, with 25+ years in the cleaning industry.
We don’t provide cleaning crews.
We help you get better results from yours.
When the same problems keep coming back
You’ve raised the issue. The contractor says it’s sorted. Then the same complaint lands on your desk. Your time goes into chasing the service you’re already paying for.
A change of cleaner may leave the underlying problem untouched. Clean Logic examines the scope, standards and follow-through, giving you evidence to decide what needs to change.

Talk it through with Brian ↗An independent check on contractor reporting
When the same company delivers the cleaning and scores its own performance, you’re relying on one perspective. An independent audit gives you a second view of what’s happening on site.
Clean Logic checks against the agreed standards, documents gaps and reviews the follow-through. You get evidence to raise concerns, assess progress and make your next contract decision.

A clear record of the issue, the response and the next check.
Grime around the toilet base, an overflowing bin and an empty soap dispenser. Record each issue with a location and photo.
Assign cleaning, waste removal and replenishment actions. Agree a due date and request evidence of completion.
Check the result. Keep unresolved or recurring issues visible in the next report.
Example report content only. Not an actual client finding or result.
Site observations and photo evidence make identified gaps clear.
Track corrective actions and verify progress at the next review.
Monthly reporting highlights repeat issues and changes in performance.

ATP hygiene testing
Swab → Test → Reading → Corrective action

Collect a sample from the selected surface after cleaning, using a consistent sampling method.
Activate the swab and place it in the handheld reader, following the test system’s instructions.
Record the result in relative light units (RLU). Compare it with the limits set for the equipment and site.
Where results fall outside the agreed limits, investigate, re-clean and retest with a fresh swab. Document the follow-up.
ATP readings indicate residual organic contamination. They do not identify specific pathogens or prove a surface is sterile. Pass and action limits depend on the testing system and site protocol.
